Our dear Mum sadly passed away on April 24th.
She is dearly loved and will always be remembered.
We will miss her kindness, her generosity of spirit, her unconditional love for her family, her beaming smile and brilliant sense of fun. Not to mention her amazing cakes.
Mum died from PSP (Progressive Supra-nuclear Palsy). This is a less known brain degenerative disease. It is difficult to diagnose as the range of symptoms are broad. Overtime it affects your balance, movement, vision, speech and ability to swallow.
Rather than to send flowers, the family would welcome any contributions to the PSP charity so they can continue helping those with the condition and facilitating more research into how it can be treated.
Mum's funeral will be at 0930 on the 18th May. Only the immediate family are allowed to attend.
We will arrange a celebration of her life once we are allowed to meet each other again.
In the meantime, we would love for you to be a part of how we remember Mum on the 18th May.
If you could share your memories of Mum and any photos that you have we will read and look at these on the day.
I will also create a book of memories from them which will give us something to cherish.
Please send these to me at jamesabyard@hotmail.co.uk or you can add a memory to this page.
